During the off season, people might want to stay fit. With the holidays coming up and lots of delicious foods, staying fit isn’t easy. If you are one of those people, here are some ways.

One way is working out. This can be fun for some people, while others may have no interest in it, which is really okay! Another way is getting at least 9-11 hours of sleep. You might wonder how that helps? Well, when you are more well-rested you have more energy. You will be more motivated to do things during the day. Another way is by making sure you eat healthy foods, this is a great way for you to stay healthy because you aren’t putting things into your body that aren’t good for you!

Working out can keep you healthy and strong. It’s not a bad idea to find good workouts for your age just in the off season, but for all year long too! Workouts keep you strong, so working out consistently is important.

If you want to be successful in staying fit in the cold and dark winter, think about setting a schedule for yourself. Pick the days you have some free time and try some simple workouts. You can do cardio, core, strength, and balance. Google some online classes or ask a trusted adult for ideas. Remember, if you want to stay fit, it’s all up to you!
