How To Make Snickerdoodle Cookies!

This recipe makes soft and chewy cookies that the whole family will enjoy. I really like making them, and I hope you will too!
To make these cookies, it takes about 25 minutes.
The ingredients that you will need are:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture:
- 1/4 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes until it appears light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs and vanilla to the bowl, and cream it for another 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt, just until combined.
- In a small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon.
- Take the dough and roll it into small balls until they are round and smooth, then drop them into the cinnamon-sugar mixture and coat well.
- Place them on a tray lined with aluminum foil, and bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Let them cool for several minutes before removing them from the pan.
